By using the service, the passenger accepts the terms and conditions of travel and the rules of conduct! The use of the service is at your own risk only.
Rules of conduct:
- it is forbidden to board or alight after the departure warning signal has sounded and to obstruct the closing of the doors,
- It is forbidden to lean out of the windows of vehicles or to push objects in or out,
- It is forbidden to use radios or other devices at a volume that may disturb others,
- no cycling or skateboarding in the passenger areas, which must be used only on foot or in wheelchairs or pushchairs,
- no unauthorised peddling or soliciting,
- transport of flammable or explosive materials is prohibited,
- dogs may be carried only in muzzles or in a secure device,
- smoking is prohibited on board vehicles and in passenger areas,
- damage to vehicles, furniture or other items on board or in the stopping areas is prohibited.
- no food or drink is allowed on board our vehicles.
The vehicles are only allowed to be boarded with a pre-booked ticket. If all these conditions are met, the person may be excluded from the journey:
- drunk or intoxicated,
- incapable of travelling unaccompanied or unaccompanied (for example, a child under six years of age may not travel unaccompanied)
- who behaves in an outrageous manner, or causes a disturbance to other passengers by his or her conduct, activities or in any other way,
- who endangers the health or safety of himself or of other passengers, or the integrity or cleanliness of the vehicle or its equipment,
- who, with his or her clothing, luggage or in any other way, may contaminate the vehicle or its passengers,
- consumes food or drink in unpackaged or non-returnable packaging, or endangers the clothing or health of others (e.g. hot coffee) or the cleanliness of the vehicle,
- carries any object or animal in the vehicle as hand luggage which should not otherwise be carried in this way,
- travelling without a valid ticket or season ticket or without showing it to the ticket inspector when requested to do so,
- has a paper ticket or pass which is so worn or damaged that it is illegible,
Furthermore, the passenger is liable for any damage caused by him/her!
