Request for erasure of personal data

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).1 I request the erasure of my personal data processed by BFTG Hungary Kft.

I acknowledge that my request for erasure does not apply if the processing is necessary. (3) Please note that according to Article 19 GDPR, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom or with whom the personal data have been disclosed of the erasure, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The controller shall inform the data subject of those recipients at his or her request. Please note that Article 12(3) of the GDPR requires the controller to provide the information in writing in an intelligible form within the shortest possible time from the request, but not later than 1 month.(4)
